SAY - FREEFORM

Structures with an amorphous surface are analyzed using NODE and ROD (Box-Tee-Pipe ...) elements that make up the Freeform construction system. The surface is carolized according to the type of coating to be used (Glass - Aluminum - Wood ...) and form (Flat - Curved ...).

Selection of section form, static calculations and connection detail solutions are modeled in the whole system 3d environment. Manufacturing is different from conventional steel structures with a tolerance of 0.01 mm, without touching the CNC machines. For this purpose, special programs are used to generate data for manufacturing together with the static design. In the project phase, all steel and coating production drawings are completed, and production is done without making the field survey. In particular, glass roof & façade panel manufacturing is designed to be done at this stage.
